GUARANTEE
Our sole priority is for you to be delighted with the service from Riley & Sons Ltd. However, if you are unhappy with our services, we will take immediate steps to improve the results to your complete satisfaction.If you are in any way unhappy with the services provided by Riley & Sons Ltd, please contact us with details about your complaint and once we know about the problem, we will do our very best to provide the service you expect.

MIXTURES
We are able to supply special mixtures to customer's specification, or alter any of our set mixtures if so requested. We reserve the right to substitute a variety in the event of a shortage, the substitute being as good or better, this will be advised on our invoice.

SACKS
All seed will be supplied in branded sacks, labelled to EEC standards, free of charge and are non-returnable.

DELIVERY
All seed is delivered carriage paid, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Other items will be delivered free within a 30 mile radius subject to weight, value, volume etc. which will be discussed on order.

INVOICES
A priced invoice will normally be included in a pocket attached to one sack for each mixture, and will show the variety of seed. country of origin and certificate or lot number. We would request that the customer check that this invoice is correct and advise, within 3 days of receipt, of any discrepancies.

PAYMENT
Existing customers with an account will be invoiced as normal. If you wish to open an account contact us. We will require two trade references. You can also pay by credit or debit card, or can forward a cheque/postal order prior to dispatch.All seeds listed in this catalogue will be either subject to a discount of 2% for settlement within 28 days from our invoice date, or nett monthly account if advised on our invoice.In all cases our invoice will be strictly nett after 28 days for unpaid accounts. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1½% per month on overdue accounts.

VALUE ADDED TAX
Where VAT is applicable, this is indicated in the total price within the shopping cart

RETURNS
Authorized returns shall be sent to the company premises at buyer's expense.Please contact the company for further details regarding returned goods.

SUITABILITY
All goods are supplied by the company in good faith as suitable for the purpose indicated on the packaging and in leaflets and literature. But as the company cannot exercise control over the mixing and use, all conditions and warranties, statutory or otherwise as to the quality or fitness of our goods for any purpose are excluded and no responsibility will be accepted by the company for any damage or injury arising from storage, handling, application or use except in so far as such exclusion is prevented by English law. Any liability in respect of the quality or fitness for the purpose of goods supplied shall not include loss of profits or consequential loss of any kind.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The liability of the company to the buyer for any loss or damage of any nature and however caused shall be limited to and shall in no circumstances exceed the price of goods.

REPRESENTATIONS
No statement, description, information, warranty, condition or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list. advertisement, website or communication or made verbally by any of the agents or employees of the company shall be construed to enlarge vary or override in any way any of these conditions.

FORCE MAJEURE
The company shall be entitled to delay or cancel delivery or to reduce the amount delivered if it is prevented from or hindered in or delayed in manufacture, obtaining or delivering the goods by normal route or means of delivery through any circumstances beyond its control.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION POLICY
Wm Riley & Sons Ltd collects customer information to improve our overall service. We recognise that we must retain this responsibly. We may use such information for our own marketing and promotional purposes but will not sell or provide customer information to any third party.
