MIXTURES We are able to supply special mixtures to customer's specification, or alter any of our set mixtures if so requested. We reserve the right to substitute a variety in the event of a shortage, the substitute being as good or better, this will be advised on our invoice. SACKS All seed will be supplied in branded sacks, labelled to EEC standards, free of charge and are non-returnable. DELIVERY All seed is delivered carriage paid, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Other items will be delivered free within a 30 mile radius subject to weight, value, volume etc. which will be discussed on order. INVOICES A priced invoice will normally be included in a pocket attached to one sack for each mixture, and will show the variety of seed. country of origin and certificate or lot number. We would request that the customer check that this invoice is correct and advise, within 3 days of receipt, of any discrepancies. PAYMENT Existing customers with an account will be invoiced as normal. If you wish to open an account contact us. We will require two trade references. You can also pay by credit or debit card, or can forward a cheque/postal order prior to dispatch.All seeds listed in this catalogue will be either subject to a discount of 2% for settlement within 28 days from our invoice date, or nett monthly account if advised on our invoice.In all cases our invoice will be strictly nett after 28 days for unpaid accounts. We reserve the right to charge interest at 1½% per month on overdue accounts. VALUE ADDED TAX Where VAT is applicable, this is indicated in the total price within the shopping cart RETURNS Authorized returns shall be sent to the company premises at buyer's expense.Please contact the company for further details regarding returned goods.
